Reporting to the Assistant General Manager you will be responsible for defining tooling requirements based on customer feedback and company tooling standards. You will be responsible for project mold design reviews with internal and external customers and manage the build schedule from design to buy off of the tool, provide insight into manufacturability of products based on drawings or designs, offer customers design changes to improve part feasibility, create mold specifications, review designs ensuring tooling is designed to customer standards, and manage tool shops. You have post-secondary education in design, mechanical or manufacturing engineering, 3-5 years experience in injection mold design and tooling, a valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills.
