Our non-union automotive manufacturing client is busy. You will complete accurate paper work, control inventory in their computer system, ensure shipments are made on time, keep packaging materials in stock (advise purchasing of required materials), enter received shipments/part shipments, work with Customer Service to give customers shipping information, ensure accuracy of shipment documents (invoices, export declaration forms and NAFTA certificates), in coming inspections, operate a forklift, maintain a clean and organized work area and work in compliance with Health & Safety regulations. You are a high school graduate with a forklift license, basic computer skills, strong math skills and excellent communication skills. This is a day position with flexibility to work the afternoon shift if required.
