Our client is busy and growing. Their market is the Industrial, Warehousing and Manufacturing sectors. The product is mechanical equipment and service. Reporting to the General Manager you will work in a fast paced environment with constant changes. Your primary focus area is providing administrative support to the Construction Manager and the Sales Account Managers. you will process construction orders including issuing purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors, update scheduled dates for construction, process daily paperwork to accounting for invoicing, ensure subcontractors have sufficient liability insurance, forward required documents to the Construction Manager, and have some Health & Safety experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
