Our growing client is recruiting for a key member to lead their automation safety validation and design work. You have experience with industrial automation safety systems such as safety relays, safety PLC’s, emergency stops and light curtains. Travel to customers will be approximately 25%, mostly to the USA for short duration trips of 3-5 days. The safety validation work will involve creating a validation plan, on-site visits to guide the customer’s maintenance team and execute tests while recording results. You have an Electrical or Computer Engineering degree or an Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma, 2 plus years of electrical design experience, and excellent communication skills, CET or P.Eng preferred.
