Our busy unionized, manufacturing client produces an OE plastics product marketed through out Canada. Reporting to the Production Manager you will supervise the day shift. Duties will include; manpower planning, ensuring health and safety guidelines are being followed, performance reviews, ensuring quality procedures and standards are met. You are used to daily production changes and can mentor production workers. You are a people person, offer above average communication skills and are computer literate with Microsoft products.
