Maintenance Manager

Our manufacturing client is busy. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance team, creating procedures, work orders, PM, CMMS, and maintain inventory of critical spare parts. You will supervise maintenance technicians, plan, estimate, and assign work orders, develop maintenance schedules, minimize production disruptions by scheduling maintenance during downtime, and recommend equipment failure solutions through root cause analysis. You have 10+ years supervisory experience in maintenance and facility operations, can lead a team, have strong knowledge of Health & Safety and demonstrate safety first, have excellent communication skills and are an Industrial Millwright or Industrial Electrician.
