Our non-union client is busy and growing. They manufacturer a product sold throughout North America. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager you will assume weekly payroll, benefit payment and HR administration functions. You will enrol new employees, complete all records of employment, oversee employee orientation process and paperwork, coordinate training, handle WSIB claims and conduct onboard training. You will assist in preparing job descriptions and conduct heath and safety training. You offer payroll software user experience, WBC Act and possess excellent knowledge of the Employment Standards and Labour Relations act and Occupational Heath and Safety. You have above average written and verbal skills and can work with the Microsoft Office Suite.
