Our manufacturing client is busy. Reporting to the President you will be responsible for the Human Resources functions including benefits, policy & procedure development, Human Resources planning, employee relations, negotiation, performance management, training & development, recruitment, STD and LTD management. You will keep up to date on all applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations, manage human resources activities including recruitment, performance appraisals, job descriptions, coaching supervisors/managers with disciplinary actions and terminations, manage the benefit plans, and new hire orientation. You have post-secondary, 3+ years Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, CHRL designation preferred.
