Our OE client manufactures specialty products sold throughout North America. They are recruiting for a Customer Support/Analyst. You will monitor and analyze forecast trends, customer satisfaction using score cards (rating delivery, quality, price & relation), review agreements/PO’s, create invoices, advise department managers of changes in releases, check annual volumes and internal parts, complete documentation (certificate of origin, NAFTA, credit/debit memos), invoice all shipments, use EDI daily to create new forms/testing/maintenance/troubleshooting, enter and maintain all necessary data (contracts, purchase orders and prices) in BaaN, generate daily pick list for Shipping Supervisor, and attend all necessary meetings. You are a recent business graduate with excellent communication skills.
